Cécile is a co-founder & Head of Impact Measurement and Management at TIIME. She is passionate about social impact and notably how business/finance can support social innovation to solve most pressing issues.

 

Cécile does training on impact/sustainable finance, impact metrics and gender-smart investing (Universities, Professional Associations...). 
 

She is a member of the EBAN Impact board, a committee promoting awareness and engagement in impact investing within the European Business Angel Network. She is also involved as an advisor in several European impact funds.

 

She is an active business angel, notably in the Rising Tide program, which is part of a global movement to increase women’s participation in angel investing as an asset class. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and events across Europe. Cécile is also a jury member for the European Commission (EIC Accelerator).

Previously she was the Managing Director of the Luxembourg Business Angel Network and a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte. Cécile holds a master in Business and Finance from Lyon University.
