Hedda and Cécile co-founded TIIME back in 2014. They are both passionate about systems change and how finance & business has a critical role in creating and unlocking positive impact.

Cécile Sevrain
Cécile is the head of Education and Impact Measurement and Management (IMM).
Cécile facilitates training on impact/sustainable finance, impact metrics and gender-smart investing (Universities, Professional Associations...). She is an impact advisor to several funds.
She is a jury member for the European Commission (EIC Accelerator) and the Int' Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA).
Cécile is a nature lover and mother to happy Bonnie.
Hedda Pahlson-Moller
Hedda is leading the Advocacy and Advisory practice.
Hedda is an established public speaker and active board member on funds and organizations working with (and towards) values-based investing, driving positive impact – from public and private equity structures to family offices and NGOs.
She is Adjunct Professor of Impact Finance at multiple universities.
She is a forester, a polyglot and mother of two wonderful individuals.
