Jane is an acknowledged expert within Luxembourg’s Asset Management sector and recognised as one of Europe’s leading thinkers on sustainable finance and ESG matters. 

Prior to becoming an independent director, Jane was Head of Sustainable Finance at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange where she was responsible for setting the sustainable finance strategy and ensuring that LuxSE maintained its competitive advantage and position as the world’s leading exchange for sustainable securities. She was also one of only thirty-five ESG experts selected from across Europe to join the Commissions Technical Expert Group on Sustainable Finance.

Before joining LuxSE, Jane was a KPMG audit partner -  she is an Alternative Investments specialist, having led audits and reporting to Boards and Audit Committees of a number of International asset management groups across different asset classes.
